Glenn has been associated with AFH Management as a minority shareholder and senior consultant for over 14 years.  With the following financial expertise, Glenn is perfectly suited to be a guiding force for maximizing any exit strategy for AFH Senior Care.

• CFO of InterWest Bancorp – 24 years
• Purchased 7 Banks in the Pacific Northwest during the 1990’s
• Managed a Securities Portfolio of 1 billion at the end of my career.
• Did one public offering in 1991 to take the bank public and a Structured debt offering in 1999 to acquire additional tier 2 capital.
• Sat on the Executive Loan Committee – With loan approval authority.
• Managed the Non-Traditional Investment side of the Bank, with responsibility for investment selection, staffing etc.
• Managed the accounting function for the bank with assistance from multiple CPA’s
• Graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Accounting in 1976.
